Delivery

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders, no matter how small.  Please note that bare root roses are a seasonal product and are only available from November to March.  Orders placed April - October will be dispatched in November the same year.

To keep you roses in first class condition, we only lift them at the point of dispatch. For that reason, we only dispatch orders once per month, which is usually the first week of the month. As such if you place your order mid November, it will be dispatched during the first week in December.

All orders are dispatched on a monthly basis using a next day delivery service, but remote areas and non mainland addresses will take longer. Although goods are dispatched on a next day service, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods delayed in transit.

There is a supplemental delivery charge for orders to all non mainland UK addresses. The supplement is £20 for all addresses other than Isle of Man which is £30. This will not be automatically added to you order, but we will call you after you have placed your order to arrange payment.  We do not dispatch out with the UK and Channel Islands.

We accept Apple Pay, Paypal, VISA and MasterCard for online orders, but if you would prefer please print and complete an order form and send to us with a cheque.  Please note your order may be delayed pending cheque clearance.

We can arrange collection of orders on a individual basis as our premises are not open all of the time.  If you would prefer to collect your order, please Contact Us after you have placed your order.   There is no additional charge for collecting your order.
